  3. Ask the RIGHT  Questions

  Ask 6 - Questions for Optimum Result

  1. What did you like best? (Product, Business, or both)
  2. From 1-10 with 10 being most excited where do you see yourself?
  3. How much money would you need to make on he part-time basis to make it worth your while?
  4. How many hours a week will you be able to work your business?
  5. How long would you give me to get you to $$$$.$$ per month?
  6. If I could ... Would You?     (If I could show you how to get to $$$$.$$ in 12 months is there anything you need to know or are you ready to get started?)




 

Have fun with follow up. 

I’ve never been a big fan of follow up because honestly, it’s not the most fun thing to do…UNLESS you make it fun like my team and I do now.

You don’t want to make anybody feel bad about not doing anything business related when you’re doing your Follow-Up.

So when I do an follow-up now, I just check in to let them know that they are:

  • Awesome
  • Amazing
  • I totally appreciate having them on my team
  • And ... I ask them if there’s anything I can do for them in the upcoming week.

Here’s what I don’t do when I follow up with my team:

  • I don’t ask them what they did this week
  • I don’t ask them what they’re going to be doing in the upcoming week
  • I just help my team – that is all
  • If you keep checking up on people to see if they’ve done any work and they haven’t…they’re just going to get discouraged and probably want to quit.

“If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else.”

Getting your team motivated and duplicating is the #1 thing to strive for. Remember, DUPLICATION is the key to our SUCCESS!
